We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. During this time we will pay return postage and provide a shipping label to return the items. Return items must be received back within 14 days from issue of the returns labels. Failure to do so will result in a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting, a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt before signing for the delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your damage claim is submitted after delivery and after 24 hours we cannot accept any liability as such.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), labour charges and software licences. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. It is your responsibility to ensure the product you order will fit your vehicle, if you have ordered an incorrect product this will not be eligible for a return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. "Group Buys" or items with "G-B" in their description are considered as sales items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Should your product develop a fault it is covered by a 12 month return to base warranty, you will need to notify us via email of the issue and provide both video and photographic evidence. Upon receipt of the item we will test and investigate the fault and repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the fault is found to be due to an outside influence such as installation or other external factors you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
We do not guarantee any functionality of accessories. In case of accessory function failure due to the manufacturer's material and workmanship, we will replace it once or only refund the cost of the accessory.
Apple Inc, and Google LLC are providing such services namely "CarPlay" and "Android Auto" without any warranty that it will work as expected. Should this function on our units not function as "expected" this will not entitle the purchaser to terminate the sales contract. Parkes Dynamic Retrofits UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for these services as this nature of the device is provided without warranty
